Marc Ubaldino has been developing information extraction applications, libraries and data sets for 15 years. He is currently employed at MITRE Corporation in the Boston, MA area. In 2013, he help open source the project OpenSextant which is a family of extraction, geotagging and geospatial libraries, including SolrTextTagger authored by David Smiley.
